Peanut Chana Health Bites

Peanut chana bites are full of healthy fats and protein which provide you many micronutrients. Also they taste fabbb!

You will need only five ingredients-
1 tbsp ghee
100 gm jaggery
50 gm roasted peanuts
50 gm roasted chana
20 gm rice puffs

Steps to follow-
1 . Heat ghee in a pan.
2 Melt jaggery. (It will take 7-10 minutes, so break it down to as small pieces as you can before putting it in the pan)
3. Once melted, quickly add roasted peanuts, chana and rice puffs.
4. Mix them all well.
5.Transfer the contents while jaggery is still molten to a greased plate.
6. Spread it with a spatula into a thin layer.
7. Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut it into small pieces. (Also your pizza cutter got a job if you stopped eating)
You can store it for a month and eat 1 bite when you’re craving :p
